We reserve the right to refuse production of designs or content that include or promote:

  • Violence, threats, or extremist ideology
  • Illegal activities or unlawful organisations
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
  • Content that promotes harm, abuse, or exploitation
  • Symbols or imagery associated with prohibited organisations

Any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful may be rejected at our discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

Customers must own the rights to, or have permission to use, any logos, artwork, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for production.

Custom Patches does not verify ownership of submitted materials and accepts no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.

Orders that clearly infringe third-party intellectual property rights will not be accepted.

Misuse of Services

Our services must not be used to:

  • Misrepresent identity or affiliation
  • Produce counterfeit or misleading goods
  • Circumvent laws, regulations, or enforcement
  • Create materials intended to deceive or defraud

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of misuse.

Review and Enforcement

All custom orders may be reviewed before production begins. If a design is found to violate this policy:

  • The order may be refused or cancelled
  • Production will not commence
  • Any payments made will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy

We are not obligated to provide detailed justification for refusal beyond policy compliance.
