Founder & Operations Director
Daniel oversees business operations, supplier coordination, and production standards. He ensures that manufacturing processes remain consistent and that all orders follow defined quality control procedures.
He works closely with the design and production teams to maintain accuracy across bulk and repeat orders.
Sophie Clarke
Head of Design & Artwork Review
Sophie manages artwork review and design preparation. She checks submitted files for stitch suitability, sizing balance, colour accuracy, and production feasibility before approval.
Her role ensures that designs are technically compatible with embroidery and patch manufacturing requirements.
James Patel
Production & Quality Control Manager
James supervises the production process and final quality checks. He monitors stitch density, edging consistency, backing application, and packaging standards.
Before dispatch, each order passes through quality inspection to confirm it matches the approved design and specifications.

Customer Support & Order Coordination
